CUSTOMER FIRST is our #1 core value at RIM Supply and we seek a new full-time BRANCH SALES team member for our Newburgh, NY location.
Position involves
- Assisting customers, in person or on the phone, with their HVAC and plumbing needs
- Advising customers on specific parts
- Processing orders
- Retrieving parts
- Following-up as needed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Responsibilities:
- Ship CD
- Process UPS, Fed Ex and common carriers
- Ship UPS and Fed Ex
- Wait on Customers
- Transfers throughout the day
- Process product brought back by drivers
- Other duties as assigned
This position requires an individual with technical understanding of heating and plumbing (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time position which includes our full benefit package
Candidates should:
- Be customer-service and sales-oriented.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Have a working knowledge of HVAC/plumbing products and industry.
- Be skilled in computer use (ability to master Eclipse software).
- Be able to assist customers and handle product involving lifting and carrying of items weighing approximately 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Must possess a high level of customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must adhere to all safety standards
