Duties
- Assist adult with daily activities including meal, dressing, and hygiene to ensure comfort and safety
- Provide adult care by monitoring health, administering first aid when necessary, and ensuring proper nutrition
- Work closely with families or guardians to understand individual needs
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and safety protocols at all times
- Document daily activities, observations, and any concerns to ensure consistent communication with families or supervisors
Requirements
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly preferred
- Experience caring for adults with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, patience, and enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or weekends as needed
