Full-Time Shift – Sylvan Crossings
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable individual for a Full-Time Shift position in our elderly care facility. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring the safety, comfort, and dignity of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times.
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Availability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in elderly care or assisted living preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, caring attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to resident care.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (if applicable).
