ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, SOPs, assembly working instructions, and testing procedures etc.
2. Perform mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, stripping wire, forming leads, soldering, software and driver installation, installing electronic components and jumper wires, QA/QC testing, and etc., by following written working instructions, drawings, and/or schematics
3. Non-Conforming Material Report and Deviation Management
4. Adjust, repair, or replace component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies
6. Inventory control, including machined parts, tools, and finished goods
7. Recommendations for design/manufacturing improvement, and corrections for any errors found on assembly instructions, designs, etc.
8. Troubleshoot minor issues and recognize bigger problems that require supervisor assistance
9. Assist with service/maintenance if necessary
10. Willing to travel domestic and international (80 to 90%)
11. Be a US Citizen and have a current passport
12. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum of 3 years related work experience or training with a good hand and eye coordination with demonstrated excellent manual dexterity for precision alignment
2. Basic electrical knowledge and skills for proper grounding, EMI shielding and safety etc.
3. Experience with basic manufacturing tools, e.g., Allen keys, power drill, solder, drill press to cut holes, tap and die for screw threads, dremel, and etc.
4. Good attention to details and organizational skills
5. Can work with both small and large scale parts and assemblies
6. Abilityto lift 50 or more pounds weight
7. Ability to read, interpret and update documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals etc.
8. Able to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Knowledge of Solidworks is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
