Looking to get your foot in the door in Michigan’s cannabis industry?
No cannabis experience is required. Mary Jane’s Friends & Co. gives dependable, hardworking people the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working inside licensed cultivation facilities throughout Southeast Michigan.
You’ll receive paid, on-the-job training while gaining experience in trimming, harvesting, defoliating, packaging, transplanting, and other cultivation support services.
Mary Jane’s Friends & Co. is a full-service cannabis support company serving licensed cultivators throughout Southeast Michigan. We provide professional cultivation support with a focus on speed, quality, consistency, and reliability.
We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who take pride in their work and can adapt to different facilities, schedules, and assignments.
No cannabis experience is required. Paid on-the-job training is provided.
What You'll Do
Every day can be different. Assignments may include:
- Trimming
- Defoliating
- Harvesting
- Packaging
- Transplanting
- Cleaning and cultivation support
Jobs take place at licensed cannabis facilities throughout Southeast Michigan. Shifts may range from approximately 4 to 8+ hours. Start times vary by client, and full-day availability is required because assignments end when the work is completed.
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Reliable personal vehicle to travel directly to client locations
- Available at least 4 full days per week with no time restrictions
- Pass a background check
- Pass drug screening (THC excluded)
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to follow directions
- Comfortable adapting to different facilities, clients, and assignments
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and work on ladders/scaffolding when required
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
Courtesy carpooling from our office may be available for assignments more than one hour away.
