Location: Spokane WA
Schedule: Full time, flexible schedule
Pay: $23-$30/hour depending on experience level
What You'll Do
- Complete full apartment turns from vacancy to rent-ready, on schedule
- Patch, repair, texture, and paint drywall
- Repair and replace fixtures — lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware (no electrical wiring required)
- Perform minor plumbing repairs
- Install and test appliances
- Repair or replace doors, trim, baseboards, and hardware
- Flag larger maintenance or safety issues to the team
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Hit turn deadlines and production targets without sacrificing quality
What You Bring
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance or renovation experience (unit-turn experience strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and hit deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a finished product
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied physical conditions (crouching, climbing, extended standing)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
