Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 6‑Month Contract‑to‑Hire
Location: Atlanta, GA (5 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $38–$40/hr W2

Job Summary
The Project Manager leads cross‑functional planning and execution for large, customer‑impacting initiatives. This role manages project strategy, scope, business requirements, and execution plans while coordinating multiple teams of 10+ people. The PM ensures projects move with clarity, structure, and accountability — maintaining timelines, resolving issues, aligning stakeholders, and delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong communication, planning discipline, and the ability to drive execution across highly matrixed teams.
Project Details
This PM supports major initiatives that directly impact customer experience in physical store environments. The work includes project planning, scope definition, business requirement gathering, execution strategy, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑company coordination. The PM will manage project documentation, governance routines, milestone tracking, and communication across technical, business, supplier, and merchant teams. The environment is fast‑moving and requires strong organization, clear communication, and disciplined project execution.
Must Haves
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams of 10+ people
- Experience supporting implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, or production support projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders aligned
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
- Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, 5 days a week
- Self‑starter with a strategic mindset

Desired Skills
- Experience managing large‑scale, complex, or highly matrixed projects
- Experience in retail, merchandising, supplier coordination, or customer‑facing initiatives
- Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- PMP, CAPM, or project management certification
