Field Service Technician
Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Service team in Denver, CO.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll serve as the face of Hillyard at customer locations, providing expert service, troubleshooting equipment issues, and building strong customer relationships. This position offers the independence of working in the field while providing the support, training, and resources needed to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cleaning equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering professional and responsive service.
- Communicate repair recommendations, equipment status, and service updates to customers and internal teams.
- Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately and timely.
- Manage parts inventory within your company vehicle to support efficient repairs.
- Utilize electrical testing and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to expand technical knowledge and skills.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience repairing, maintaining, or servicing equipment in the field or within a service environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts diagrams.
- Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
