Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our innovative technology team. Key Responsibilities
- QMS Maintenance: Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure effectiveness
- Track and report quality metrics (scrap, yield, defects, audit findings)
- Production Support & Troubleshooting: Support the production floor and aid in resolution of process, tooling, or material issues.
- RMA/SCAR Management: Manage customer and supplier quality concerns
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements across operations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, sales, engineering, and supply chain teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in quality engineering or quality systems role
- Experience owning or supporting a QMS (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Preferred
- Internal auditor experience (ISO 9001)
- Knowledge of quality tools (CAPA, SPC, FMEA, control plans)
- Lean / continuous improvement experience
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
