About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Production Coordinator / Assistant to manage the logistics behind our content creation operation. This role is responsible for ensuring content days run smoothly by coordinating schedules, securing locations, organizing outfits and props, tracking production timelines, and holding creative team members accountable for deliverables.

Responsibilities
Content Shoot Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate all content shoot days from start to finish
- Build and maintain production schedules and content calendars
- Confirm shoot locations, permits, reservations, and logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
- Create and distribute shoot-day schedules to all team members
- Anticipate production needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
Wardrobe, Props & Assets
- Source, organize, and prepare outfits for content shoots
- Coordinate prop acquisition, rentals, and returns
- Maintain inventory of production equipment, props, and wardrobe items
- Ensure all required materials are prepared and available before shoot days
Team & Vendor Management
- Coordinate schedules with videographers, photographers, editors, and other contractors
- Communicate expectations, deadlines, and project requirements clearly
- Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables stay on schedule
- Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and production team members
Post-Production Oversight
- Track editing progress across all content projects
- Ensure editors deliver completed content on agreed timelines
- Coordinate revisions and feedback between stakeholders and editors
- Maintain production trackers and project management systems
Content Publishing Accountability
- Monitor posting schedules across social media platforms
- Ensure content managers and posting team members publish content on time
- Track content performance reporting and completion of publishing tasks
- Follow up on missed deadlines and maintain accountability across the team
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and production timelines
- Maintain organization across project management tools and documents
- Prepare reports and updates on production status
- Handle miscellaneous operational and executive support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production coordination, executive assistance, project management, content operations, or a related role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with content creators, social media teams, videographers, or marketing teams preferred
- Comfortable holding team members accountable and following up on deadlines
- Resourceful problem-solver who can work independently
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of social media
- Must be available to travel on occasion

Compensation
Salary: $55,000–$85,000+ annually (depending on experience)
Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based incentives available
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
