We are currently seeking a Semi-Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with general construction, maintenance, and repair tasks, and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 3:30 pm)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform semi-skilled labor tasks for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of streets, parks, buildings, and other facilities
- Use various tools and equipment for tasks such as masonry, drywall, glass installation, stucco, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Assist with job site preparation and cleanup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Experience as a handyman or in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, concrete work, electrical, or similar construction experience is preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.46 per hour
