OVERNIGHT SHIFT 11pm-7am
Join our dynamic CONCORD HOSPITALITY team as a Hotel Valet Attendant, where your enthusiasm for hospitality and exceptional customer service will shine! In this energetic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and seamless parking experience. Your expertise in driving, outdoor work, and automotive services will ensure guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with parking and luggage as needed
- Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission cars, within parking areas
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as handling luggage or equipment to support guest needs
- Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services using retail math and cashiering skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area and outdoor work spaces
Qualifications
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars, including manual transmissions, is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience with automotive service or dealership operations is a plus but not mandatory
- Basic cash handling skills along with familiarity with retail math for processing transactions
- Excellent customer service mindset with a proactive approach to assisting guests at all times

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
