Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the night shift in our skilled nursing / long-term care facility. Under new management, we’re creating a more supportive workplace where CNAs are valued, respected, and supported.

Make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives overnight
Assist residents with overnight care needs (toileting, repositioning, hygiene, ADLs)
Monitor resident safety and report changes in condition
Perform regular rounds and respond promptly to call lights
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms
Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff
Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care
Active Missouri CNA certification – required
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working overnight
Strong communication and teamwork skills
