We're looking for a Residential Construction Project Manager who can oversee multiple remodeling projects throughout the Houston area while serving as the link between our customers, installation crews, subcontractors, and office team.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines project management, customer service, field coordination, and occasional light repair work.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Schedule and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors
- Conduct jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and production standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their project
- Resolve customer questions and field issues quickly and professionally
- Perform final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle occasional service calls and minor repairs that do not require a full installation crew
- Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams to keep projects on schedule
- Document project updates, communicate progress, and maintain accurate records using company software
What We're Looking For:
Ideal backgrounds include Residential remodeling and General contracting with experience in:
- Sunrooms
- Decks
- Windows & doors
- Exterior remodeling
- Construction project management
You should have:
- 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer proficiency, including comfort using project management software, email, and mobile technology
- Confidence leading crews and subcontractors
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift 50–80 pounds
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Hands-on carpentry/framing experience is valuable, but your ability to lead projects, communicate with customers, and keep jobs moving efficiently is what will make you successful.
