How the Role Works
You start as a setter: outbound calls to agents, loan officers, and brokerage owners, qualifying interest and booking product demos. This isn't a trial period, it's paid, and it's how you learn the product and the market before running your own deals. Most reps move into closing within 30–60 days.
As a closer, you run the demos, present the platform, and close the account yourself. Most active closers self-source the majority of their appointments and earn at the top commission tier as a result.
Realistic Earnings, No Guarantee Games
We're not quoting a headline number and hoping you don't ask questions. Here's what an average closer doing 8 deals/month actually builds, ramping over six months:
Standard mix (solo agent + team packages, no market center): Starts near $5,900/mo, climbs to roughly $10,400/mo by month six, about $49K over six months, annualizing near $124K/yr by month six and still climbing.
With one KW market center or larger brokerage deal added per month: Starts near $8,900/mo, climbs to roughly $15,400/mo by month six, about $73K over six months, annualizing near $184K/yr.
The reason this isn't a "reset to zero every month" job: you earn 10% residuals on every client you close, for as long as they stay active. Clients on 6-month terms who hit month six almost always renew for a year or more. Your first six months of closed deals keep paying you in month twelve and beyond, stacked on top of new deals.
Commission Structure
- Setters: 30% of Month 1 subscription revenue on booked-and-closed deals, scaling to 40–50% with strong show rates.
- Closers: 30% of Month 1 revenue on setter-sourced deals, 75% on self-sourced deals (the majority of active closers' business).
- Everyone: 10% lifetime residual on every active client they've closed.
What We Need From You
A computer, reliable internet, and the willingness to make real calls, 80+ a day once ramped. Basic CRM comfort or the ability to pick it up fast. Working knowledge of real estate or mortgage helps but isn't required if you've sold into that space before or can learn the terrain quickly.
