Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. However not required ***Training provided***
- Tech savvy, ability to use scanner, Mircosoft Office and find your way around a computer/Pos system, a Familiarity in retail sales processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail in stock management and product presentation is essential.
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts on your feet including weekends and some hoildays
- Ability to pick up shifts at other loctions within a reasonable distance from your home store is a plus.
