We are looking for a skilled and reliable Dozer/Loader Operator to join our excavation team immediately. If you have experience operating heavy equipment on excavation and site development projects, we want to hear from you!
Position
Dozer/Loader Operator – Excavation
Responsibilities
- Operate dozers and loaders safely and efficiently on excavation projects.
- Perform site grading, backfilling, trenching support, and material handling.
- Load and move soil, aggregate, and other construction materials.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with foremen and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating dozers and/or loaders in the excavation or civil construction industry.
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, and site preparation.
- Ability to read grade stakes and follow site plans is an asset.
- Valid driver's license (AZ/DZ license is considered an asset).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
