Position Overview
As a seasoned Design Consultant (Outside Sales Representative), you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, identify their remodeling needs, present customized solutions, and help them confidently move forward with their home improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners by scheduled appointments.
- Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
- Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized remodeling solutions.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and guide homeowners through the decision-making process.
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, and financing options.
- Accurately measure projects and document material requirements.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
- Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure a positive customer experience from consultation through project completion.
- Represent 3rd Generation Home Improvements with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required.
- Home improvement or construction sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable presenting solutions and asking for the sale.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to learn our sales process and product offerings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: $76,208.00 - $127,648.00 per year
