Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health Client Acquisition & Enrollment Specialist to join our team as a 1099 contractor. In this vital role, you will actively source, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into PCHP plans during field deployments and community events. This is a high-activity, face-to-face onboarding role. Manage the client enrollment pipeline from initial face-to-face contact through their first 31 days of active treatment to ensure retention and commission qualification. This position offers the flexibility of contract work while making a meaningful impact on community health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Represent our organization at local community events, health fairs, workshops, and networking functions to raise awareness of our behavioral health services.
- Lead Generation & Recruitment: Actively identify, engage, and recruit individuals who can benefit from our programs, consistently meeting or exceeding established monthly recruitment quotas.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations, non-profits, schools, faith-based communities, and healthcare providers.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of outreach activities, event attendance, and referral metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Compensation Structure
- Performance-Based Commission: This is a 1099 independent contractor position driven entirely by results. Commission is paid out strictly upon successful client enrollment and verification that the client has received 31 days of continuous treatment.
- Hourly Event Buffer: We provide a supplemental rate of $20–$23/hr exclusively for pre-approved community health fairs, school drives, and events within the Dallas footprint to offset your marketing time.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in community outreach, strictly within the Behavioral Health, Mental Health, or Substance Abuse treatment fields.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, quotas, or recruitment goals.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
- Independence: Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently under a 1099 contractor structure.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to attend relevant community events.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to various event locations.
