Locally owned and operated in Martin and St. Lucie Counties, Signature Property Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced, part-time and full-time Maintenance.
Job Summary
Technician with a strong skill set (general property maintenance, repairs, and light janitorial work) to support multiple communities in Jensen Beach, Stuart, and Ft. Pierce.
Responsibilities
· Timely resolution of work order requests.
· Property inspections to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
· Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
· Maintaining all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
· Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
· Conduct preventative maintenance work.
· Irrigation repairs, experience required.
· Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
· Other duties that might be assigned by the Board or Management.
Requirements: Successful candidates possess handyman experience and can do minor electrical repairs such as replacing light fixtures and exit signs. Some knowledge of plumbing, irrigation repairs, and working the irrigation system also required.
