The Role
As a Mobile Automotive Service Specialist, you are the face of our brand in the field. Operating directly from your home with a company-provided service van, you will execute a high-density flow of pre-qualified customer dispatches. Your day-to-day service responsibilities include:
- Emergency Roadside Support: Performing lockouts, emergency fuel deliveries, and flat-tire service/tire plugs.
- Advanced Battery Diagnostics: Running digital battery and alternator health tests for stranded motorists.
- High-Margin Conversion: Utilizing your consultative training to transparently guide clients through health reports and seamlessly convert simple jump-start requests into permanent, on-site battery replacements.

Position Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record (No major infractions).
- Experience in automotive service, high-performance retail, consultative sales, or military/first-responder roles is highly valued.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage smartphone-based logistics/dispatch platforms.
- Must pass standard corporate background and driving screenings.
