I’m working with a Sarasota firm looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with strong academic credentials, clear thinking and a real interest in becoming a serious litigator.
The work is broad, which is a big part of the appeal. Commercial disputes, business litigation, construction related matters, real estate disputes, insurance related litigation and other complex civil matters.
So, not one narrow lane forever.
The firm is looking for an up and coming attorney. Someone bright, ambitious and still hungry to learn. Not someone who needs every answer handed to them, but someone who wants to be around good lawyers, better work and proper client problems.
The main sell is the platform. Strong lawyers. Direct partner access. Good matters. A place where a talented associate can be developed, trusted and given more responsibility over time.
