Job Summary:
The Aggregate Foreman will be responsible for leading a team to achieve scheduled production load-out targets and coordinate tasks to ensure safety and compliance. The Aggregate Foreman is a full-time position that requires travel and overtime through peak season, reports to the Aggregate Manager, and has supervisory responsibility. Take ownership of your role by keeping the equipment and job sites clean, completing inspections on equipment, maintaining equipment in a proactive manner and most importantly, ensuring safety is priority number one regardless of production goals. Primary Responsibilities:

Organize and lead a team to achieve scheduled production load-out targets and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Keep the crusher and other associated areas clean and organized.

Operate crusher machinery by operating a computerized control panel.
- Works inside the enclosed booth to oversee and look down upon the machinery and crushing process.

Troubleshoot and communicate problems with the ground crew.

Assist with machine maintenance, repairs, unplugging, shoveling off conveyors/screens, repairing conveyor problems, and grease-moving machine parts.

Perform crusher machinery set up and take down, which includes running cables and hoses, setting up blocks, tarping, shoveling aggregate, etc.

Operate heavy equipment/skid steer to move parts and materials if needed.

Interact with department heads at the Corporate Office to ensure proper reporting of payroll hours, staffing changes, crew and equipment movements, production tonnages, mechanical breakdowns, and quality issues.

Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.

Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public at all times.

Position Requirements:

Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test.

MSHA part 46 and 48 miner certifications.

Loader experience.

Mechanical knowledge.

High level of reasoning abilities (i.e. Meeting deadlines, Prioritize Company and customer needs, serving as a leader to both peers and direct reports)
- Understand instructions in both written and verbal forms.

Dependability and reliability by showing up to scheduled shifts on time and being prepared for work.

Continuous exposure to weather elements including heat, cold, noise, dusty conditions, and working outdoors.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operation and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA.

Overnight travel is not standard but may be required as site locations move.
