Veterinary Medical Center of Indian River County is a full service day practice and 24/7 emergency hospital in Vero Beach, Florida. In addition to our veterinary practices, we offer doggie daycare, feline & canine boarding, grooming and dog training.
We are seeking veterinary receptionists who are looking to:
*Promote the human-animal bond
*Serve clients, patients, and co-workers with empathy and sincerity
*Work in a fast paced environment and be challenged to grow in skills and knowledge
*Work as a close knit team with doctors, technicians, and fellow receptionists
Candidates must:
*Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
*Possess superior customer service skills and enjoy helping people in stressful situations
*Be able to stand, sit, stoop or bend for extended periods and be exposed to animals
*Discuss financial issues with clients and keep accurate financial records and transactions
*Use general office equipment and electronic medical records
