Energetic, creative, nurturing, and flexible preschool/toddler teacher who is interested in adding to a dynamic culture. Must have a passion for connecting with children, nurturing them, and having fun!! Job requires the physical ability to move quickly, be on the floor with children, lift toddlers for diaper changes, dance, do yoga and be silly!
Responsibilities:
- Build strong loving relationships with children and families
- Implement lesson plans and activities for toddlers
- Support classroom management by ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
- Engage with students in educational and play-based activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress
- Help with daily routines such as mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor play
- Collaborate on curriculum development and behavior management strategies
