Roofing Project Manager / Sales Representative

About Us
North Slope Exteriors LLC is a growing roofing and exterior company specializing in roofing, storm restoration, repairs, maintenance plans, gutters, siding, fascia, soffit, and exterior services.
We are looking for motivated Project Managers who can generate leads, inspect properties, work with homeowners, and manage roofing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors and generate your own leads
- Schedule and complete roof inspections
- Document storm damage with photos
- Sign contingency agreements only when real damage is present
- Assist homeowners through the insurance process
- Attend adjuster meetings
- Review scopes of work
- Help move approved jobs into production
- Collect required payments
- Submit material order requests
- Take before, during, and after job photos
- Complete required job paperwork
- Attend weekly company meetings
Expectations
Project Managers are expected to work a minimum 5-day week and produce 4 verified true signups per week.
We do not accept fake signups, weak inspections, or pressure-based sales. Every signup must be legitimate, documented, and claim-worthy.
Compensation
This is a performance-based position with a tiered commission structure and bonus opportunities.
A small starting salary may be available depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
