We're currently seeking experienced Tile Setters and Finishers to join our dynamic team on exciting commercial and industrial projects. If you take pride in your work, enjoy a challenge, and want to be part of something bigger, we want to hear from you.
Must have previous tile experience and your own tools.
Finishers: $20.00 - $30.00/Hour
Setters: $25.00 - $35.00/Hour
Pay depends on experience. Reliable transportation is a must. Please send a resume.
What You’ll Do:
- Install floor, wall, backsplash, shower, and specialty tile with precision and craftsmanship.
- Measure, cut, and fit tile around corners, fixtures, outlets, and other challenging spaces.
- Prepare surfaces by removing existing tile and flooring materials and ensuring proper substrate installation.
- Mix and apply mortars, thinset, adhesives, and grout according to manufacturer specifications.
- Lay out tile patterns and designs to ensure accuracy, symmetry, and a professional finished appearance.
- Use levels, straightedges, and measuring tools to maintain proper alignment and spacing.
- Install trim pieces, transitions, edging, and waterproofing systems as needed.
- Perform grout finishing, sealing, and final cleanup to deliver a high-quality finished product.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to complete projects on schedule.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Tile Setter, Tile Installer, or Tile Finisher.
- Strong knowledge of tile materials, installation methods, layouts, patterns, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, project specifications, and layout drawings.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, and fitting ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of waterproofing, surface preparation, and substrate requirements.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift materials, kneel, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic.
