What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
- Complete digital service tickets and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a daily service schedule.
- NATE Certification is a plus, but not required.
