- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold food safety and handling standards at all times.
- Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in fast-paced situations while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is essential for maintaining health standards.
