Field Observation Consultant Needed — Tacoma Area — 1099
Senior Project Manager with 30+ years in heavy civil construction needs occasional local eyes on active construction sites in the Tacoma and west Pierce County area.
What the work involves:
Visiting active construction sites when issues arise, documenting observations, and reporting back remotely. Project-by-project basis — not a full-time commitment.
Ideal background:
- Heavy civil or highway construction experience
- Construction inspection background
- Local to Tacoma or west of Tacoma
- Available on relatively short notice for site visits
- Must be set up or willing to work as 1099 consultant
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
