We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods and schedule free roof inspections for our roofing specialists. No roofing experience is required—we provide training and the tools you need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to speak with homeowners.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of a free roof inspection.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our roofing inspection team.
- Accurately record customer information and appointment details.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable walking outdoors and working in various weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Previous sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $87,071.35 - $104,860.13 per year
