Job Overview
We are breakfast and lunch seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences.
We are open every day from 7 am to 2 pm, the job is for 8am to 2pm.
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring all orders are correct and presented well.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
