Assist in the mass production of the highest quality fresh ground beef and ground beef patties. Roles include equipment setup and breakdown, box set up and breakdown, lifting and moving meat, packaging meat, weighing and measuring, quality assurance and other duties.
Additional Responsibilities may include:
- Machine Assembly/Breakdown
- Packing
- Some Sanitation
- Some Maintenance
Employee must be able to lift up to and including 100 pounds. Must be able to work quickly under tight deadlines. The ground beef that we produce is sold into foodservice establishments and so candidate must adhere to strict foodservice and safety rules. Making high quality ground beef is an art form, and candidate must work well with others.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:30 pm, or until close.
