We are a fun and energetic upscale retail company with a focus on customer service. Retail clothing and luxury product experience is a strong plus as many customers have fashion questions on clothing and accessories. As a boutique, we believe in spending time educating our employees and allowing them the ability to find solutions for our customers. Our employees are a combination of Trader Joes and Vineyard Vines individuals that focus on finding the right products for the families while having fun. We encourage and support employees furthering their education within and outside our industry.
We are looking for people who are bright, personable, pet lovers and are interested in nutrition. We have an extensive training program to get you up to speed on the industry and key products so don't worry if you don't have a background in the industry although it is preferred. If you have a great personality and like to learn then we can do the rest.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve sales targets and goals
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Support marketing efforts including collecting pictures, writing copy and assist in social media
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an upscale retail environment. (upscale clothing fashion preferred)
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks
- Strong customer service and product fit
Most of your day is standing on the sales floor. You will be asked to help customers carry their purchases to their car and stock product shipments.
