Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate cold dishes, salads, dressings, and accompaniments to support the full menu
Handle mise en place tasks including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and preparing garnishes
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures with precision
Support other stations and assist during high-volume service or special events
Maintain a clean and organized station at all times
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely service
Contribute to a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as a pantry or cold food prep in a high-volume restaurant setting is strongly preferred
Previous line cook experience is a PLUS
Comfortable working across different kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment
Skills and Qualities:
Professional behavior and strong time management
Team-first attitude with attention to detail
Solid communication skills and ability to follow direction
Commitment to cleanliness and culinary consistency
Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
