Responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and digital channels to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives that address customer concerns and enhance service delivery
- Monitor compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, especially in relation to clinical trials and product manufacturing processes
- Lead projects aimed at refining processes related to chemistry, manufacturing & controls (CMC), ensuring alignment with quality assurance protocols
- Develop detailed reports on customer insights and service performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
- Support research efforts by integrating customer feedback into product development cycles and quality improvement plans
- Maintain thorough documentation of all feedback analysis, compliance activities, and project progress for audit readiness
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or feedback management within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations, clinical trial processes, and compliance management practices
- Background in chemistry, manufacturing & controls (CMC), or related scientific disciplines preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of research methodologies and quality assurance standards applicable to product development and manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate findings and collaborate effectively across teams
- Prior experience in implementing continuous improvement strategies that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
