CareFriends Hospitality is a family‑owned cleaning and personal assistant service built on integrity, honor, and compassion. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and rental properties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean kitchens and bathrooms, including appliances, sinks, counters, and fixtures
- Complete deep cleaning and move‑in/move‑out cleaning tasks using company checklists
- Assist with laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing when requested
- Maintain a respectful, professional presence in clients’ homes
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning products
- Protect client privacy and property at all times
- Stay focused and on task while working independently or as part of a team
- Ensure every home is left better than you found it
- Communicate clearly with clients and management regarding needs, concerns, or special requests
Experience
Experience is helpful but not required — we train for skill, but we hire for character.
Preferred experience includes:
- Residential or commercial cleaning
- Housekeeping or maid service
- Laundry or organization tasks
- Customer service roles
- Familiarity with basic cleaning tools and supplies
