What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years professional technician experience
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Advanced problem-solving ability
- Extremely detail-oriented (OEM procedures, torque specs, documentation)
- Confident working independently — not a parts changer
- Own tools and toolbox
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications (Stand Out & Earn More)
- Advanced electrical diagnostics (CAN/LIN networks, module programming, wiring repair)
- Experience with oscilloscopes and advanced scan tools
- ASE Certifications
- Engine performance and drivability expertise
- Experience with late-model vehicle technology (ADAS, network systems)
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, and performance concerns accurately
- Perform road tests to verify repairs
- Use OEM and advanced diagnostic equipment
- Follow manufacturer procedures and specifications
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
