Traveling Maintenance Supervisor Job Description
Daily Pay Rate:
Year 1 - $130.00 per day
Year 2 - $140.00 per day
Year 3 - $150.00 per day
Weekly Commissions Rate:
5% on invoicing of $0 - $12,000
7.5% on invoicing of $12,000.01 - $20,000.00
10% on invoicing of $20,000.01 and over

1. Americana has been in business for 48 plus years.
2. This an over the road traveling maintenance position. This position may require you to be traveling for 3 weeks at a time.
3. You must have a clean driving record and be 25 years old to drive our trucks. No DUI’S! Background checks are performed before hiring.
4. You must obtain a D.O.T. physical before you are considered hired and the company will pay for it.
5. Full benefits after 30 days’ employment. This includes health, dental, vision, life, 401K, Accidental Death and Dismemberment.
6. Pay is calculated at a daily rate. This is also an exempt position. You are paid on a weekly basis.
7. Commissions are paid on a percentage scale based on your weekly invoicing, and there is a 2-week delay so that your work can be invoiced at our offices.
8. Pay checks are on Friday each week and you may have your check direct deposited or mailed to your address.
9. Basic mechanical skills, welding, minor electrical, power washing and able to use power tools for example drills, impact drills, etc.
10. Customer service skills are required as you are the face of Americana while working. Professional conduct when speaking to stores or the office.
11. You may need to be able to park a 15' to 24' cutaway box work truck at your residence.
12. All work is scheduled by our office, up to 45 days out, and is coordinated and set up on a Google calendar account, which is also set up and monitored by our corporate office.
13. General understanding of computers is a requirement of the position. Basic computer programs, for example, Word, Excel, Email. We are a digital invoicing company.
14. We work in all weather conditions in all 50 states. We reserve the right to transfer you to different states.
15. Communication with our corporate office is extremely important as schedules change, we need to react quickly.
16. Drivers logs are required also with this position as operate under the DOT. Americana has Geotabs in all trucks.
17. Hand tools are required and furnished by employee; all power equipment is supplied by Americana. Hand tools that will be needed:
a. Sockets (3/8 chuck) & wrenches: 7/16, ½, 9/16, ¾.
b. Socket (1/2 CHUCK)
c. 4 LB HAMMER
d. 8 LB LONG HANDLE SLEDGE
e. 20 OZ STRAIGH CLAW HAMMER
f. NEEDLE NOSE VISE GRIPS
g. 2 REGULAR VISE GRIPS (1 FOR WIELDING. 1 FOR REGULAR USE)

Physical Requirement:
- Ability to be on your feet 6-12 hours per day
- Must be able to lift/push roughly 60 pounds

Pay: $16.94 - $24.50 per hour
