Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation using construction management software tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to blueprints, schematics, contracts, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines.
- Manage procurement processes by reviewing construction estimating data and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera to track project milestones, document revisions, and facilitate efficient project documentation.
- Conduct project meetings to review progress, address issues promptly, and ensure all team members are aligned on objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the heavy civil or commercial construction sectors.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts management, and construction estimating processes.
- Hands-on construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and quality assurance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex projects while maintaining clear communication channels.

Pay: $88,581.86 - $106,679.23 per year
