Coastal Candle Co. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team!
We’re a family-owned company that handcrafts clean-burning, non-toxic candles and home fragrance products inspired by the Carolina coast. As we expand into our new downtown Wilmington storefront and candle studio, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a small business where every role makes a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Hand-pour candles, wax melts, room sprays, perfumes, and other home fragrance products
- Label, package, and prepare wholesale and online orders for shipment
- Maintain inventory and help restock production supplies
- Ensure products meet our quality standards
- Keep the production space clean, organized, and efficient
- Assist with receiving inventory and organizing materials
- Help prepare for markets, events, and seasonal product launches
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the team
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow recipes and production procedures consistently
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Available to work 15–25 hours per week, including weekends as needed
Experience in production, manufacturing, packing, shipping, or retail is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
