DermaClinic is a fast-growing aesthetic surgery practice expanding into Beverly Hills. We already operate locations in Miami, New York, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, and this is our newest opening in Los Angeles. We are looking for a charismatic, service-driven professional to run our front desk and play a key role in our patient experience and growth.
This is not a passive reception role. You will be the first voice and face patients encounter, and you will guide them from their first call through their decision to move forward with treatment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $23 per hour base• 3% commission on personal sales• Productivity bonus• One week of paid vacation per year, starting after the first year of employment• Full-time, in-person position in Beverly Hills• Growth opportunities as the practice and company continue to expand
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism• Run all daily front desk operations• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries• Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments• Advise patients on our procedures and pre/post-care• Conduct consultations and close sales of our services• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate records• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic / cosmetic surgery clinics (required)• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)• Sales experience in a medical or aesthetic setting strongly preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Professional appearance and demeanor• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
