We are currently hiring an Event Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing and sales team. In this role, you will represent our clients at local events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns while helping generate new customer acquisitions.
This is an entry-level position that includes sales and customer interaction, so we are looking for candidates who enjoy working with people and are motivated by performance-based incentives. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at promotional events and retail locations
- Engage with customers to explain products, services, and promotions
- Assist with customer acquisitions and sales during marketing campaigns
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Help set up and break down event displays and marketing materials
- Track customer interactions and campaign results
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to meet weekly goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
