BeeHive Homes of Lynn Haven is looking for a compassionate and dependable Morning or Afternoon Shift Caregivers to join our close-knit assisted living family.
Our small, residential-style home cares for just 16 residents, allowing caregivers to build meaningful relationships and provide personalized care in a calm, homelike environment. Here, you'll know every resident by name and become an important part of their daily routine.

- Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you'll help residents begin each day with comfort, confidence, and dignity by:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and walking
- Assisting with breakfast, hydration, and morning routines
- Monitoring resident well-being and reporting any changes promptly
- Supporting medication self-administration in accordance with Florida assisted living regulations and facility policy
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home
- Accurately documenting care provided
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate and dependable
- Positive attitude and genuine love for seniors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting fellow caregivers
- Professional appearance and respectful demeanor
- Experience in assisted living, home health, or senior care is helpful but not required
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete required orientation and training
- Ability to perform the physical demands of caregiving, including standing, walking, lifting, and assisting residents
