Hello. Happy Summer. I need to add a salesperson to my team. Automotive knowledge is not required, but creativity and energy are.
Can you bring traffic to yourself? Do you have a magnetic personality? Will you have fun marketing yourself, your team and our dealership?

I need people who can work Saturday to Wednesday. Weekdays we’re open 9-7. Saturday 9-5. Sunday 10-3.
You will need:
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. You should be comfortable driving and parking a variety of vehicles.
- Customer service skills. Experience with people’s problems and questions is a must. I am a former restaurant guy and I value the skills of servers and bartenders.
- Ability to market with pictures and videos. Can you make compelling ads and bring customers to yourself? If so, you’ll do well.
- Creativity, work ethic and hustle. We cover a lot of space and like any business, the hardest and most flexible workers are the most successful. You are free to write your own playbook.
- Punctuality and reliability. I want to be certain that if I put you on a task, it will get done. Please respect our time and our customers' time.
You will receive:
- $300 per car sale.
- A bonus at 20 sales and again at 30 sales.
- Guaranteed $4000 per month with the expectation of at least 14 sales.
You can earn 5 figures monthly and 6 figures annually. Our workplace is relaxed and the schedule is flexible. We want you to have a life and do fun things.
