What you will do:
- Greet clients and manage check-ins with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Coordinate scheduling and manage client appointments to ensure a smooth, high quality patient experience
- Answer phones, respond to texts and handle client inquiries promptly
- Maintain a smooth daily patient flow
- Administer 3D infrared body scans
- Coordinate and oversee PNOE Metabolic tests
- Speak with clients about services offered and guide them through their options
- Administer client scans and breathwork tests
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure seamless experience
- Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence
- Process payments, handle billing inquiries and maintain accurate record
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday – Friday,10:00am – 6:30pm
- Competitive hourly pay
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
