Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, providing excellent customer service, and handling front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally
- Process payments, post charges, and assist with basic cash/credit card handling
- Answer incoming calls and operate the hotel switchboard
- Assist guests with questions, reservations, and general information
- Maintain accurate front desk records and support daily operations
- Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times
Qualifications:
- Willing to be cross-trained on Night Audit and other front desk shifts to provide occasional coverage and additional scheduling opportunities.
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude
Additional Information:
- Part-time position
- Familiarity with the PEP PMS system is a plus, but we are willing

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
