Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide attentive service, and answer their questions to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain high standards of sanitation procedures to ensure a clean dining area and kitchen environment
- Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
- Assist in setting up dining spaces, clearing tables, and resetting areas for new guests
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks with energy and professionalism
- Ensure all food safety practices are followed diligently to protect guest health and safety
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Familiarity with POS systems helps streamline order processing and transactions
- Strong communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively
