ActivStars Athletics is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Administrative / Accounting Assistant to join our team! Professional, small office environment
Primary Responsibilities
-
Process weekly class reports from instructors
-
Issue class refunds and account credits
-
Assist with payroll review and approval
-
Answer customer phone calls and provide outstanding customer service

Assist families with registration and account questions
-
Perform general administrative and office support duties
-
Maintain accurate records and data entry
-
Support office staff with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Comfortable using computers and common office software

Detail-oriented with basic accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude

Dependable and self-motivated
