Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
About the Opportunity
Join a growing concierge medicine practice where hospitality and medicine come together to create an exceptional patient experience.
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant who can confidently support both the clinical and front-office needs of a small, premium medical practice. This is an important, highly visible position for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of responsibilities, and wants to become a trusted partner in the daily operation of the practice.
The selected candidate will work closely with a personable, patient, detail-oriented, and supportive physician who genuinely cares about patients and advocates for the team. This position is ideal for someone who appreciates a thoughtful working style and can provide the organization, anticipation, follow-through, and day-to-day support needed to expand the physician’s capacity to care for patients.
This is not a traditional high-volume medical office. Every interaction matters. Patients should feel warmly welcomed, comfortable, heard, and personally cared for from the moment they arrive through the completion of their follow-up.
